Hazardous chemical concentrations found in excess in the Ural stadium area

The maximum permitted quantities of hazardous chemicals were surpassed in numerous areas of Yekaterinburg, according to Galina Sheporenko, chief forecaster of the Ural Department for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring.

One of these areas is Verkh-Isetsky, which is home to the Yekaterinburg Arena stadium, where Ural hosted CSKA (0: 1) in the Tinkoff Russian Championship 11th round match yesterday.

Smog is expected in Yekaterinburg through the end of October, pbase.com according to Sheporenko. Ural’s schedule does not include any home games until November 7. (against Zenit).
